A Day in the Life 

Here is a sample of what I eat in a day!

Morning

Protein Yogurt

- Fage Original Greek     Yogurt 0% Fat

- Sugar Free Pudding mix

     - Flavor of your choice

Mix the serving size of each ingredient together

Afternoon

Taco Bowl

- Ground Beef

- Black beans

- Lettuce 

- Salsa

- Shredded Cheese

Evening

Lemon pepper checkin breast with fresh cut green beans and asparagus.

Snacks

Bananas, Almonds, Greek Yogurt, Protein Shakes, Trail Mix, etc.
