- Sugar Free Pudding mix
- Flavor of your choice
Mix the serving size of each ingredient together
Afternoon
Taco Bowl
- Ground Beef
- Black beans
- Lettuce
- Salsa
- Shredded Cheese
Evening
Lemon pepper checkin breast with fresh cut green beans and asparagus.
Snacks
Bananas, Almonds, Greek Yogurt, Protein Shakes, Trail Mix, etc.
